Friday Smart Lock

The Friday Smart Lock turns your phone into the only key you need, allowing you to lock and unlock your door remotely from your phone—from anywhere. The lock is designed by renowned Danish architect Bjarke Ingels, designer of 2 World Trade Center in New York, among other notable buildings. The design of the lock itself is simple and elegant, communicating the luxury and ease it brings to your life. I was responsible for building the entire brand identity from the ground up. This included logo creation, colors, typefaces, and all the digital design work needed. When crafting the brand identity, I took inspiration from the Scandinavian principles of design, employing simplicity, elegance, and the clean architectural lines Ingels is known for, designing an identity that continues to stay fresh and noteworthy.
